Virtually all Interparking car parks in Antwerp now offer an extra cheap evening tariff of 5,90 € at the most. Consequently, it is cheaper to use a car park then to park in the street. This rate is valid as of 19.00 hs. till 2 o'clock in the morning. Knowing a customer can pick up his car even after closing time, he can fully enjoy this special evening tariff.

The VIP car park at Brussels Airport has been completely renovated and will be called from now on VIP Premium car park. It has become a comfortable and luxurious space where the customer can confide his car without worries. This area has a coffee corner and internet access. It is a zone to relax in for a few moments before takeoff. A reduction of 10 % will be valid on the regular tariff till end September 2010.

A special area has been fenced off immediately opposite the departure and arrival terminals. This area is located at the entry of car park P 1. For a small fee of 3 € a day, a space right next to the arrival and departure terminals can be obtained. P Card customers have the right to access this area without paying extra. The car park Des Deux Portes in Brussels, with no less than 930 spaces, will be thoroughly renovated this year. After painting the car park and the renovation of the common areas and the dispatching(design architect Coninckx)  in 2009, in 2010 all the floors will be renovated, the pay terminals will be replaced as well as the other car park equipment. A guiding system with lights will be put in place which will guide the customers to available places.

When in cardiac arrest, a speedy intervention may save the patient’s life.
For this reason, since last April, Interparking has been installing defibrillators in a number of car parks : in Brussels : Albertine, Grand-Place, Louisa Stephania, Parking 58, Parking des Deux Portes, Woluwe Shopping Center, in Namur : Beffroi, in Antwerp: Hopland and  Meir, in Bruges : Bussenparking, in Ghent : Centrum, in Knokke : Ijzerpark and Verweeplein and in Zaventem : Lockpark, Front Park 2 and V.I.P. Premium parking.
Personnel in those car parks will receive specific training as to the use of this new tool.
